Interested and qualified applicants should signify their interest in writing through an application letter addressed to the head of office. Applicants must attach the following documents to the application letter and send these to the address below not later than September 15, 2026.

1. Signed application letter specifying the Position Title, Item Number, and Office applied for.
2. Fully accomplished and signed Personal Data Sheet (PDS) and Work Experience Sheet (WES) using CS Form No. 212 Revised 2026; digitally signed or electronically signed. PDS must include a recent passport-size picture and three (3) Character References (either a former supervisor/ professor/ anyone superior who has overseen the applicant's work and interpersonal abilities). WES can be downloaded at www.csc.gov.ph or www.denr.gov.ph. Include all relevant work experiences in the WES;

Proof of eligibility such as report of rating or license or certificate of admission to the Bar or certificate of eligibility card (original copy, authenticated copy, certified true copy, photocopy, scanned copy, or site/screen capture of the eligibility using the Civil Service Eligibility Verification System (CSEVS), Licensure Examination and Registration Information System (LERIS) of the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC), or Supreme Court of the Philippines (SC) Lawyers List.
4. Authenticated copy of Transcript of Records (TOR) and Diploma:
5. a. If High School Graduate - submit authenticated Form 137 and Diploma
6. a.1 For positions with educational requirement of High School graduate, submit authenticated Form 137 and Diploma
7. b. If College Graduate - submit authenticated College TOR and Diploma
8. c. If Master's or Doctorate Degree Graduate - submit authenticated College TOR and Diploma and Master's/Doctorate TOR and Diploma
9. d. If Master's or Doctorate Degree undergraduate/ongoing - submit authenticated College TOR and Diploma and Master's/Doctorate true copy of grades or certification showing number of units earned
10. HR - certified copy of performance rating sheet in the latest rating period (January to June 2026); as applicable. Applicants who are probationers applying for promotion shall submit a Very Satisfactory (VS) performance rating after evaluation in the first three (3) months or six (6) months of probation, as applicable.
11. Certified copies of relevant training certificates.
12. Certified copies of special orders for designations;
13. Certificate of Employment / Contract of Service / Memorandum of Agreement from present and previous employers / Service Record.
